Egypt
Another blog post. I'm not good at them, it seems, but then, there's never much to report about writing. It's writing this story, then that story, it seems.
Today is different. Today I'm excited to tell you about a new story I've written. Okay, I'm excited about nearly all my stories, but this one is quite remarkable, as it deals with the now and ancient Egypt.
Meet Ramses II. He's one of the players in this story. You'll be pleased to learn that his name is among the easiest to pronounce, although Shemay isn't that hard either. Why am I so excited about this story? Because it's so intense. It jumps from the now to the past and back, weaving together the lives of people who are separated by ages. I'm sure it's been done before, but not by me. Is my story great and amazing? Of course it is, at least for me. I hope you will feel the same, once it comes out. Unfortunately, that might take some time. It's not fully finished yet, and it needs some editing and so forth as well.
Now you know what's coming. Please, don't hold your breath.
Wishing you a happy new year for 2025,
Paul
